OTR I bet small to induce a raise from a Q. After he raises, we have about 18,50$ behind and the pot is 7,6$. I am thinking shoving might scare off weaker Qs so I prefer a more normal raise.
Am I missing value by not shoving in his face?

Would he ever fold Q9s or smth like that?

Would he ever 4bet river with AQ? I think shove is the right play. His range is inelastic here imo. Any QJ+ easily calls it off, you miss too much value by making it smaller imo. It's already a strong move to bet small/3bet river, you can't look weaker anymore.
