How is my squeeze and sizing? I do it for value mainly against cold-callers. When he 4bets I don't think I can continue, given that he's not the biggest bluffer, as far as I'm concerned.

What if a re-raise came from a cold-caller? I tend to go broke very loose here, but I always run into monsters which people flat/limp for some reason :f_frown:

      Hi.

I dont really like squeeze folding. I dont think there is too much value squeezing here when sb co are nits and bu isnt too loose either.

I think sqz shove is not too good when co seems really nitty. So its betwen overcalling and squeezing. I think calling is slightly preferred to sqz fold. I prefer sqzing if there are one or more loose players.

      Hi mbml,

Why are we afraid of tight callers? They call only with pockets that we mostly dominate, maybe with some suited connectors.

I don't think tight guys flat overcards like AQ, and higher pockets like QQ.

Or our argument is that tight guys won't call us with these worse pockets and connectors?

when callers are tight, they just fold.

I am not afraid of them but I think you just hardly get any value. added with the fact that I am not a fan of squeeze/folding (not saying this play is bad but if your squeeze doesn't even get you that much value in the first place and that you have to fold vs a 4bet), then why squeeze in the first place?

There are many instances in nitty fullring games where I would just overcall JJ and play it like TT and 99. This situation seems to be fairly similar to one of those fullring games.
