      Is raise on flop ok? Turn I dont raise because I thought it is better to let him think he can win (or bluff me) and planned to push river, and there was no draws to protect.

      Flop raise is fine. I would however raise turn as well.

      First of all, you don't want any draw hitting or overcard scare his A6, A9, 96 etc. Next, you don't have an easy river shove as just one bet. You need to raise which you don't want. You want river to be a shove with ONE bet. Last, but not least.. if he has some random draw, he pays turn, never river. If he has QJ, QT, 87, etc he only pays off on the turn. You need him to bluff river so often to outweigh all of those previously stated and with a BIG sizing, not just a random 12bb bet or whatever he may bluff.
