      I don't CBet turn as I don't see any worse following, probably not even a J.

      After his double check I bet on river because despite not seeing too many worse hands call me, I am convinced that in case he had that straight he would have bet at some point on turn or river, as well as sets. He had a bit of AF after all, unlike most AF 1 fish.

      So a this point I put him on AJ, A9s, AQ.

      Apparently I was wrong.
      Maybe it was indeed a way too tight value range to bet, or at least to bet that much.

      Hey AtrociousNightmare,

      Even if this guy has AJ AQ etc it's debatable he is calling the river. Of course, you can never put him on a set after he checks the river (unless TT), but I still think value betting is way too thin.

      You are possibly correct in your assumption that not many worse hands are calling the turn. It improves villains range somewhat and makes it harder to extract value from worse hands. Value betting is certainly not out of the question though, there are draws/pairs that may call. JTs, QKo etc.

      As played, looks fine, apart from the river bet.
