      Hi Imimba,

Preflop: 3-bets from blinds to UTG are usually strong so I don't like our defend. I'm assuming you are just calling for set mining there but even that's not really profitable.

Simply folding preflop would be the better option.

Postflop: As played we can't do much but fold the turn.

What would you do on a non K/A turn?

I thought that is the reason why setmining becomes profitable. We have the call15 rule for this case, dont we?

I'd have folded if he continues.

      Hi Imimba,

It's more the rule of 20, so he has to have roughly 20x behind for this to be somewhat profitable.

      20 x 6BB = 120 BB. Even if we go with 15 x 6 BB = 90 BB it's very close at best.

So when we defend these hands we should have a plan for when we don't hit sets and possibly float or try to get to showdown.

Depends on how tight/loose your opening range is. If you are tighter then 4x is fine.

Rule 20 works the same regardless of position however in btn we can expect more bluffs which means that we can float or try to get to showdown more often. His range is wider so our can be wider two.
