He open 25% and 4bet 9%, its somethink like 2.4%.
I think that im underdog agaist this range and fold.

Its ok to play 3bet/fold whit JJ?

I hate to play oop, but maby was better pay whit this and 3bet all Ax and Kx hands.

      Hello,

I think we can 3bet/call here.
This certainly isn't a spot where we will win too much money/lose too much money, but I think we can 3bet/call profitably here.

Villain doesn't look like a guy that is too nitty and we shouldn't take this 9% 4bet very seriously.
Problem here is that he will probably tend to 4bet more against you (since you only have 40bb) than to an opponent that has 100bb.

This said, I think at the very worst scenario he shoves JJ+, AK here, and we have around 37% equity against this range and we need 41.
I think he could even go looser, quite looser to be honest, and he could easily has here something like 88+, AQ+, and even if we just add the TT in this JJ+, AK range it becomes a profitable call.

      Best,
      Plamen

Well calling puts us in a tough situation postflop and we can potentially lose value against hands like TT/99 or so so I prefer 3betting here.
