How could I have extracted more value out of this hand?

Villains VPIP is 34 so I think I'm most likely up against Q8+ 9T+ given his call/donk bet on turn, but I think I can be too paranoid about flushdraws sometimes.

      Hi.

Dont like raising the turn here. If you take note of stack sizes, you'll notice that you have no need to raise when you can get all the money in by the river anyway.

If you call here, BB will have ~2.20 left and pot will be 3.45. You have like a 2/3 pot size bet left.

If you are deep, then I think raising Turn is more reasonable.

Good point, ideally I should have been thinking about that at the time, cheers :f_grin: .

I think the flush draw should be the least of your worry. we have absolutely no reason to put him on a flush draw on the turn. His range is mostly pairs and straight draws and the Ace is a good turn card for his range which helps us when we have the nuts
