      I could 3-bet this as a button, too, altough flatting is fine with position. Against a cold 4-bet from BB I'd snap-fold.

      Hi Straywolf,

      Preflop: 3-betting should show an immediate profit here and against earlier position raiser that we know nothing about I prefer it over calling (assuming they don't open wide).

      Once we get cold 4-bet it's an easy muck.

      The better question would be what would you do here with AKo, AKs, QQ, KK

      Why would you call a 4-bet with AK/QQ? You would be investing 20% of your stack. What would your plan be postflop?

      no i mean call the open raise.

      And if you were to 3-bet and got 4-bet I'd assume you'd muck them pretty easily.

      3-betting those hands may show a profit vs his calling/folding range but when he, MP, 4-bets we can't profitably 5-bet unless he stacks off lighter or bluff 4-bets (15-25% of the time).
