      Hey Dracsharp,

      Preflop: looks good

      Postflop: Big fish = big bets so we can pot flop and even turn even though the 8 may help part of his range to beat us (but we still beat hands like 98 that also improve).

      Without expecting him to have many overpairs in his range the only hands we can get value from on that river are some stubborn 9x so I think checking back is fine.
