      Hero (MP): $50 (100 bb)
      CO: $32.59 (65.2 bb)
      BTN: $77.04 (154.1 bb)
      SB: $50 (100 bb)
      BB: $58.05 (116.1 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP with A A
Hero raises to $2, CO folds, BTN calls $2, 2 folds

      Flop: ($4.75) 6 T 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $3.50, BTN calls $3.50

Hero bets $7.50, BTN calls $7.50

      River: ($26.75) Q (2 players)
Hero bets $13.50, BTN raises to $64.04 and is all-in, Hero calls $23.50 and is all-in

The guy has 25% call open BU probably less vs UTG though[21/5vpip/pfr], 7.5%3b, overall passive postflop 2.1AF, agg%44,32,14, 20wtsd and doesnt like to fold vs cbets
Ive seen him raise such 3r lowcard/paired boards like 3-4 times for the last 200h so I thought its likely that hes raising sets/two pairs even though I havent seen him go to sd in such a spot yet, on the river he doesnt seem like the guy who is going to turn a hand into a bluff nor a QJ draw since he has sd value now so there probably arent many missed draws either so I really hate my b/c line here but I was more wondering whether a b/f should be my standard in such a spot and if the Q was a 2h for example would it have been better to x/c?

I would probably fold river. It would have been better to call on a deuce than a queen, but I would still prefer a fold. Other than that I think you played it fine. Although I would make it 1.5 pre, not 2.
