      Should i just cbet this flop? he has high vpip and very passive. would be happy to take it here, not sure whta the plan is if he calls so decided to check

      Hey gxtwo,

      Your flop check back is decent. It's true you might get called by worse, but you are only ever going to get 2 streets of value, so you will usually have to check at least one street anyway. This flop texture is also somewhat dry meaning there is less value in a flop cbet. (You also block some gutshots villain can have)

      Turn is fine, you definitely want to go for value now against any worse pairs.

      River, you could potentially think about value betting (and folding to a raise). Villain is rarely very strong here, but may certainly pay off a small value bet with a 9x, or TT type of hand.
