I like to raise isoraisers with hands like this. When I get called I'm often in troubles probably.

Can I cbet here and expect to take it down? What's the plan here (besides fold preflop :D )? I know I can't represent any hand on the turn so that bet is just stupid because any PP calls me here. I bet because if I check 2 times even though it's a 3b pot I look weak and he might bet and I can't call (problem is that even if he's betting to bluff me out he's probably "bluffing" with better hand).

I call preflop a lot of the time here, depending on how bad the limper is and how often BTN will call your 3bet (I'd like him to call often so we're not bluffing AJs). Folding preflop is out of the question though.

Postflop I'd cbet around 55% of the pot and give up if called.
