Is it better to shove turn cause some river cards might kill the action (4 club or paired board) and he might mini raise with A clubs redraw so i have to protect ? Or this way is fine ?

Do you expect him to ever be weak with the turn minraise? By weak I mean a hand such as 88 with a club. Do you expect him to ever fold a straight or a set on the turn? What's the benefit of having one more card coming, whether it's a blank or not? That's the main question here.

If there are no benefits for another card coming, just shove and 'cooler' him.
