need help to contact Bwin

      I've been mailing them for about 3 weeks now but haven't received any answer either. This merge was a total disaster for many reasons.

      Since the merge I've tried to contact support twice for different issues. On none of them I've recieved answers, thats riciculous. Im probablly finishing my bonus and moving on to a different room.

      Found out that we should recieve strategy points at least until 2015, so I wont loose my status this month, hopefully its true. Link to article here. No SP's this month yet.

      They always were bad in customer service, I would not expect any improvement
