      trying to spread my range a bit, but not sure about post flop plan against raise. What's correct plan on flop if he just calls? I was going to bet any turn, and river if i have at least 2nd pair

      Limp/call, minraise flop is quite a strong range from my experience plus your hand lacks playability. There's basically no good card that can come while also you don't have enough equity to play back on flop. I think it's just a fold on the flop, as weak as it may sound. Your range should have many better hands to continue than A9o.
