Didn't know how to play it.:(

      Hero ($8.19)
      BB ($12.16)
      UTG ($11.25)
      UTG+1 ($9.20)
      CO ($8.99)
      BTN ($13.74)

      Dealt to Hero K:heart: 8:heart:

fold, fold, fold, BTN raises to $0.30, Hero raises to $1, fold, BTN calls $0.70

      FLOP ($2.10) 2:spade: K:club: 2:club:

      Hero checks, BTN checks

      TURN ($2.10) 2:spade: K:club: 2:club: 9:club:

Hero bets $1.47, BTN calls $1.47

      RIVER ($5.04) 2:spade: K:club: 2:club: 9:club: 4:heart:

Hero bets $2.85, BTN raises to $6, Hero folds

      BTN wins $10.03

Seeing it now I would cbet $1,35 and barrell 1/2 pot. And on river I don't think I could do anything. Maybe c/c but our kicker problem is big.

How the hand played out I was c flop because if I get called I'm in a bad spot. So I decided to go for 2 barrels on turn and river.
River is kind of block bet and was thinking of making it $2,15 but in the end I decided to make it a bit bigger since there might be some PP to call me down.

I think your line is fine, until we get raised on the River. From there on, it's mostly a guessing game. Does he ever take this line as a bluff?

If yes, how often is he bluffing? Remember that we have to call about 3 to win a pot of 14 so your pot odds are 3/14 = ~21%.

In my opinion it just seems like a really stupid line to take as a bluff. I think he has 99 most of the time, followed by some passively played flushes. I don't see too many bluffs in his range so I think folding is fine. It could vary from opponent to opponent though.
