      I think JT is usually too weak here to check back for a free card. You rarely improve and I would just turn it into a flop bluff. You also have no showdown value which should make you think about taking the pot down if possible.

      Hi,

      I think 2.80-3 should be your bet here. You basically want to say: we can play for stacks if I want to. Against regulars, they notice stacks being leveraged so you might get folds without having to barrel. They are convinced you play for stacks by your initial sizing so they give up more often with what can't improve to play a big pot.
