      no hud, speed.
SB is a reg, seems rockish (his stats are 497 hands 13/11)
BB is a reg, seems tag, capable of making moves ( 960 hands 26/17 doesn't fold to cbets only 54%)

      Grabbed by Holdem Manager
      NL Holdem $0.10(BB) Replayer
      SB ($10)
      BB ($12.18)
      UTG ($2.65)
      Hero ($10.21)
      CO ($5.12)
      BTN ($10.15)

      Dealt to Hero 9:diamond: 9:heart:

fold, Hero raises to $0.30, fold, fold, SB calls $0.25, BB calls $0.20

      FLOP ($0.90) 6:diamond: A:diamond: K:club:

SB checks, BB checks, Hero checks

      TURN ($0.90) 6:diamond: A:diamond: K:club: Q:spade:

SB checks, BB checks, Hero checks

      RIVER ($0.90) 6:diamond: A:diamond: K:club: Q:spade: 4:club:

SB checks, BB checks, Hero checks

      BB shows 7:diamond: 7:spade:
      (Pre 16%, Flop 8.3%, Turn 4.8%)

      Hero shows 9:diamond: 9:heart:
      (Pre 17%, Flop 8.7%, Turn 4.8%)

      SB shows J:diamond: J:heart:
      (Pre 67%, Flop 82.9%, Turn 90.5%)

      SB wins $0.84

Against 2 regs it's hard to fire. Having in mid sb is rock and bb floats some flops I think cbet is nonsense here.

Is there any other way I could play it here? Maybe stab on the turn? But 3 overcards on board hit their range and I'm not sure which worse hand can they possibly have?

Nice hand. I don't think there is too much to say here. Double broadway Flops hit people's ranges really well as people tend to play high card hands a lot. I am not taking a stab with 99. We can check down and we do have the best hand some % of the time against mid suited connectors and lower pocket pairs.
