Villian seems like a passiv reg 25/0 over 20 hands, zoom tho.
CAuse his range should contain mostly mid pairs like A7s 88 99 TT JJ.

Should i Even overbet the river??

Since the top trips are Aces, I prefer betting normally. It would be different with quad tens and he could have JJ, QQ. The low the quads, the better to overbet and get the other to call with the overpair FH.

Here he always has an underpair and best he has should usually be JJ, in this case he had a stronger hand than expected ofc but he will have 77-JJ and busted draws. Normal size should be better.
