Villain is playing with stats 20/0 and he is passive a lot. Also, I saw him betting 1/2 pot 2 times when he had a strong hand.

      Party No-Limit Hold'em, $0.04 BB (6 handed) - Party Converter Tool from http://www.flopturnriver.com

      MP ($7.83)
      SB ($4.37)
      Hero (Button) ($4)
      CO ($3.71)
      BB ($4.85)
      UTG ($3.62)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 9, 9
UTG calls $0.04, 1 fold, CO bets $0.08, Hero calls $0.08, SB raises $0.30, 1 fold, UTG calls $0.28, CO calls $0.24, Hero calls $0.24

      Flop: ($1.32) 9, 5, 7 (4 players)
SB checks, UTG bets $0.12, 1 fold, Hero raises $1.08, 1 fold, UTG calls $0.96

      Turn: ($3.48) 6 (2 players)
      UTG checks, Hero checks

      River: ($3.48) Q (2 players)
UTG bets $0.12, Hero raises $0.80

What do you think about the check on the turn? Could he have any 8 in his range? Also, how much I should have raised on the river?

      Hello,

Your preflop play is good here.

On the flop raising for value is good and I like your sizing.

As played, I think we have to shove the turn here. I can hardly see any 8x in his range and we want to take value from his made hands and draws.

As played, I might just shove here for maximum value on the river.

      Best,
      Plamen
