I don't know if I can consider him a calling station, because his WTS is a normal one, but I think he could call with a flushdraw or Kx so I kept betting from the flop to the turn. On the river I don't know why I checked, flushdraw didn't complete, so the river is a blank.

My questions are: Should I check on the turn to try to control the pot, and as played should I bet on the river? And if I checked on the turn and he checked, should I bet on the river?

I think it's just too unlikely that he hits a flush on the flop and I can take value of a flushdraw or Kx... What do you think?

As you said he probably has flushdraw or Kx or any pair. I'm only worried that his pfr is 0, that means that he can call you down with AK or AA or KK. But that is only small percent his possible holdings. I would bet the turn to get value with worse hands or draws. And since he is passive then I would also make 3$ valuebet on the river.
