Your play could be considered as "safe" and "standard" vs an unknown. However, we do know a little about this guy's tendencies and range. He is not a complete unknown, we kind of know he is probably some random fish after he limp/calls SB and donks out. I doubt he is strong too often.
But we need to ask ourselves whether we can go for even more value. Firstly, I doubt he has a monster too often. KK/AA/AK are likelier to raise preflop. That leaves him with A2 and 22 as hands which beat us, as opposed to a whole bunch of other weaker Ax hands which are dominated by us.
I think given the board texture, I actually prefer raising here and then just barreling my entire stack in.
