Vilain looks NIT but only 40 hands sample, palying 12/10 board hits his cc range very hard, if he raised OTF i vould fold, but OTT i need just 24% and if I add just few combos of nut flush draw or some weird played JJ-QQ i have it. Do you see over way I could have played vs unknown NIT looking guy?

Regardless of the street he raises on, I am never folding. We beat nut flush draws and a bunch of other stuff. Assuming he is nit, he shouldn't have 33/44 too often so that only leaves him with 77 and TT. And I would not be surprised to see some mid pocket pairs jamming for protection on the Turn against the double flush draws which could easily be in your range.
