      I think you should just 3bet the Flop. I'm assuming he has KQ AQ in his flop CR range as well, and if we manage to play for stacks vs these hands, we are significantly ahead of his Flop stack off range. Flop is also fairly draw heavy.

      On the Turn, when he bets again, it's kind of a nasty spot. We are still ahead of his straight draws (KT AK AT T9) but having the 2 Ks block many of those combos from his range, I think this passive guy gives up sometimes with those hands, and he still has 55/QJ. I think folding is fine.
