      Hi.

      I would just 4bet to 8 and get it in anyway. While he is on the nitty side, I still think he stacks off at least JJ here, and sometimes TT and AQ. He could potentially be the type of player to open tight but play his 3bets with a wide range.

      And you are in late position anyway so you should just 4bet. QQ is doing well vs his stack off range.

      As played, I don't see a reason to raise the flop, unless you expect him to stack off really wide. If not it's better to call and hope he bluffs the Turn with his AK/AQ type of hands.
