I try to keep the pot low and see if he was bluffing (wouldn't be the first time) or betting with 66-77, 99-TT, so I call a couple of times, but the river bet signed my death.
He probably was on some two pair or even set type of hand.

I think a set or 2p would bet very much bigger on all streets. Therefore I think he has a fair amount of hands like 99 TT JJ QQ KK in his range that decided to call pre flop.

Considering the fact that he's playing the big blind vs your small blind, he is probably raising wider than usual.

His low 3bet percentage suggests that he calls many strong hands pre flop.

All these factors lead me to think ill be ahead pretty often and I'll call the river as well. You only need to be right about 33% of the time.

      This is gold thinking! Thx!

If the raise on flop would have been a standard size (say like $7), should I just fold outright?
Or call 1 street maybe for the possibility of the common bluff on no faces flop?

Since you have a read that he's bluffing often ill call on the flop.

But will he bluff the turn? Maybe on Q K J he could bluff but I don't think he would do it on low card.

The deep stacks suggest he is less likely to bluff since he might have to commit his whole stack
