Q on turn changes little so he probably he doesn't fold anything what he called on the flop. I went to c/r line to induce shove since he's weird mid stacker (bad??). C/r is usually super strong line but against bad players it seems they just want to call and so I can create big pot so I can shove comfortably on the river. I think when I choose cbet - bet line he folds most of the times.

When I c/r and he insta shoves over me I wasn't very happy but we don't have a choice and since board is quite dry I think this is ok play. Any suggestions?

      Preflop is good.

On the flop I'd bet $0.4.

On the turn I prefer betting again.
I think check/raising is quite stronger and usually if he calls our check raise he would call our bet as well.
