      You should be careful 3betting hands like AKo vs an MP opener. Sometimes it's ok, sometimes flatting is a better option especially if opponent has high Ft3bet. Often it can be a good idea to keep the pot smaller with hands like AKo that suffer from reverse implied odds when deep too.

      MPs range for calling 3bets is usually pretty tight. You are rarely folding out better hands on the flop and rarely getting called by worse. Checking back is definitely a decent option in this spot, no need to bloat the pot while deep also, when you can only improve to a non-nut type hand.

      Cbetting does have its merits though, it's not like it's a huge spew or anything.
