      Basically when he checks flop I can put him on 2nd pair type mediocte kind of hand.

      I don't know if he plays his draws like this, but since he is weak tight he potentialy could.

      I opt for bigger bet sizings hence we are deep. I just want to max. value from w/e he decides to c/c with and get the money in.

      River is pretty fugly imo. Can hardly see anything worse calling if I bomb it.
      I don't want to underbet and trigger a potential bluff although 18% AFq on river indicates he probably never bluffs.

      Should this be another value bet on river?

      River bet is really standard. I think he is likelier to play a not-so strong made hand with this c/c line. If you don't want him to fold then you can just half pot and hope he makes some hero-call with KX or AX.

      You seem to have a problem of being too afraid of certain cards. I don't think the flush improves his range too much, in fact you have more flushes in your range than his. But I still think you have the best hand here way too often and he can definitely potentially call with worse.
