      CO wins $1.08

Villain stats are 54/10 AF 1.3 over 240 hands
his folds to flop cbet are 24 and turn 20

On the flop I cbet because allot of his range will call me and I think I usually am good here with T kicker and top pair

I bet on the smaller side on the turn because I dont want to inflate the pot to much since I only got top pair and board is quite connected, aiming to get a mid sized pot for showdown

River is kinda bad card for me, and all Qx that he called me with here are ahead now...I planned on checking it and fold on any bigger bet...but his bet was so small I had to call it

Was a check on the turn, check/call on river better here, and if it was, why?

I think vs this bad passive station, we have 2 streets of value. I often advocating check/calling on such flops with our hand here, but I think vs a passive fish that would be bad cos there are so many worse hands in his range like KJ QJ QT KT AX which can call us.

So I bet 11 on Flop, 20 on Turn, and I c/c the River.

I agree with your reasoning on the whole, so this is mostly comparing bet size from villain, and our equity vs his betting range. If he bets less than half pot, easy call since we beat busted flush draws. If he bets half pot, it's very close between call and fold. If he bets >half pot, I think you can find a fold.
