A question about late stage of a SnG- Min raising

Is it ok to min raise when blinds are very large in relation to stacks at the end of a SnG such as when most players are around 15BB. I was min raising and was stealing alot of blinds but i would want to push the hands all in as they were marginal like Q10 or K8 and it would commit too much of my stack to raise by 3 or 4 the blinds. The question is whether min raising is ok here or should it be a strict push and shove strategy
