      If he's tight he probably won't call with a pocket pair here or a FD (a TAG won't probably have a 9 here), if he's loose he'll probably call with TP or even middle pair, a pocket pair or a FD. It's player dependent, but not so much on boards with high cards though imo (like Ace or King).

      But here since you did a 3bet it shows strength and he'll often be afraid of QQ, KK or AA so he won't call so light.

      I do contibet against a TAG since I expect him to fold most of his hands.
