Preflop: Hero is CO with A:club: 9:diamond:
MP folds, Hero raises to $0.12, BTN calls $0.12, 2 folds

      Flop: ($0.30) 3:spade: 9:heart: 9:club: (2 players)
Hero bets $0.19, BTN calls $0.19

      Turn: ($0.68) 5:heart: (2 players)

I think I'll get the value from 3 streets from overpairs: TT,JJ, maybe if he weird QQ+ from worse trips. At river I thought about the idea of x/c becasue I don't want to get raise here. This mini raise look like value raise, I don't think he may play like that 9x so it's probably str8, fd anyway it's so small I can't fold here. 1:5 What do you think about it?

again I play anon table so HM don't have stats

First you should be aware you are a bit deep. You can bet a bit larger on both flop+turn. On river you will almost never ever going to get raised by TT-AA, but it's possible to get raised by K9,Q9... 46s,68s can easly be in his range and flushed ofc.

Long story short, it's played well you could just bet a bit larger flop+turn and on river although you are almost always behind you get great odds and you don't really know him so you have to call. Well played and go to next hand.

P.S. It's not a good spot at all for check/call because he rarely has bluffs in his range on that board on river and you lose value from overpairs that will check behind.

      Preflop is fine.

      Flop and turn look good.

On the river I like bet/calling.
He could have the flush, 55/77 also, but I think he could have 9x as well, so calling is fine.
