      BU: 23/21
      52% steal
      71% fold vs resteal BU
      83% cbet flop
      57% fold vs raise flop
      17k hands

      BB: 41/19
      117 hands

      CO: $18.75 (37.5 bb)
      BTN: $20 (40 bb)
      Hero (SB): $52 (104 bb)
      BB: $42.68 (85.4 bb)
      MP: $60.67 (121.3 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 2:spade: 2:club:
2 folds, BTN raises to $1.25 hero?

All the 3 options look ok to me here.. whats the best?
With a reg on the bb i definitely not calling, but should i 3bet with no outs? Its weak to fold?
What if im on the bb with this small pairs vs mss?

you have no implied odds due to his short stack and you are out of position and he has a wide range so definitely not calling here.

how does BB play? does he like to call pre flop alot? or does he usually just fold? my guess is that he usually just folds so 3bet looks attractive to me. i would make it small though something like 3.25 should be good enough. since he folds often enough, with this small 3bet i think u need him to fold something like 60-65% and u have 71%.

if called you can just check fold unless you hit the set.

if you are afraid to take this move though, folding isnt a bad option.

calling is by far the worst.

I was considering the call only because i have a fish with decent stack on the bb, donkeys like to call. Its bad anyway so..?
What if im on the bb vs an mss with a pp? How good is a small pp to resteal for example comparing with a Kx or a SC against mss?

Sc and kxs might be better because you have more outs against a mid stack. You are still relying heavily on his fold equity pre flop.
