raised preflop for value but i'm not entirely sure what i'd do vs a jam. i'd probably sigh call...

on the flop once it makes multiway and i only have backdoor equity i decided to check/fold it since i don't have any FE. it changes on the turn and i just made a bet without much thought. however, if i didnt have FE on the flop then i definitely don't on the turn, but i just saw my equity improve so i bet out. once called, since there are a fair few worse pair hands that can call i decided to bet for thin value on the river.

is my turn bet okay or should i play it passively? and also was the river bet a bit too thin?

If BB 3-bets you deep then I think you can fold AQs, since you´re against too often AK, QQ-AA. Flop is a littlebit drawy, but since you have initiative and you can make small pp-s to fold I think c-bet is reasonable even against two players.
Even if you get called you have two overcards and backdoor flushdraw

I like your turn bet, since K is scary card and you picked up a lot of outs against Jx and worse hands

River valuebet for value is fine

      best regards,
