Only 104 hands with the villain looks like he is a regular VPIP 20 PFR 17 AF 3.5.I played only one hand with him earlier when i had 99 in a 3 bet pot he made 2 barrells i caught the 9 on the flop, raised the turn he folds.

In 4bet pot I'd cbet smaller (~4-4,5$), stacks could get in easily anyway, plus maybe we induce him more this way.
Otherwise we have a decent overpair in a 4bet pot vs an unknown reg, so I dont think we can do much beside going broke.

I would play it the same way. Also as far as sizing, I would go same just because I want to bet the flop and jam turns. I don't really want to give him the odds with a fd or something.
