      hey im really not sure if i played this hand really really bad og i played it ok ..

      I think folding is fine here. Fishes are very aware of flushes and would not raise unless they hit it. Even if he has straights I don't think he will raise it and you split with straight or lose to a higher straight and lose to flushes.
