Prima, $0.25/$0.50 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players

      BTN: $50 (100 bb)
      SB: $52.19 (104.4 bb)
      Hero (BB): $96.80 (193.6 bb)
      UTG: $36.99 (74 bb)
      MP: $68.59 (137.2 bb)
      CO: $50 (100 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J J
3 folds, BTN raises to $1, SB raises to $3.75, Hero raises to $9, BTN folds, SB raises to $18.25, Hero folds

      Anon table.

Both BTN and SB are TAGs on small samples.

How would you play this preflop? I hate coldcalling 3bets (cause I know I'd play fit-or-fold a lot, which I dont want to), so I was considering folding or 4betting. If I 4bet, should I just go broke vs unknown reg?

      Hey,

4bet/folding JJ makes no sense. You have no blockers to bluff with it and it's a hand that can usually play vs a 3bet, albeit not that well vs a cold 3bet. I don't know the dynamics on NL50 on your site but usually I would fold here to start off and only 4bet/get in against regulars. Since it's anon, I think you can probably comfortably fold.
