      You are 120bb deep so that changes things a bit.

      Given that he doesn't fold to 4bets I think you can stack off here having a lot more combos of flushdraws, AJ, KJ type hands to outweigh his JJ and 99 combos. Also, the more sure you can be he doesn't have KK+ the better ofc. If he can have KK+ in his range you might have to reconsider.

      Final consideration for if or not he has KK+ in his range is that you don't get away from it preflop either so you are not losing more by getting it in now but you can use the info to avoid the cooler sometimes and 'exploit' his lack of 5bet.
