      If this guy is really only folding 20% of the time to 3bets, 3betting for value will be ok.

      Flatting is going to be an easier option though, and lower variance. You also keep the stack:pot ratio higher for postflop play. I'd choose to flat very often in this spot.

      Flop is fine. I don't think you can fold the turn to a min-bet. You hardly ever need to have the best hand to call. Opponent could be doing this with any pair/draw. If he then follows through with a big river bet you can fold, but in itself folding the turn is a mistake here.
