On this hand I wasn't too concerned about the opponents 3-bet pre-flop, he is a pretty aggro, but bad fish.

On the flop I thought my hand was pretty strong, there isn't too much that he could have that would be dominating me. It was close between calling and raising.

I wasn't super excited about the turn card, a 10 high flush could easily have been behind so I figured checking back was best.

On the river I decided I had to call given the bet size and his aggro style, I'll be behind a fair bit I know but should win more than the 22% (ish) I need.

what do u think is in his 3bet pre flop range that would bet/call on the flop or bet/raise on the flop? do you beat these hands?

river i think your play is fine and you are ahead of some bluffs and 5-8 high flush that you beat.
