      Hey,

      Call or fold river imo.. Players as passive as this have JJ and TT in their range very often, definitely Q9 and 79 (some if not all offsuit variants as well) and are too scared to raise the river with 33. It's quite close but given odds you can probably call. 3betting kind of owns yourself imo since you are just ahead enough based on pot odds, you don't beat his range, just enough hands.
