I dont like my turn bet but i am not sure should i bet or check, I dont tihnk his strong ever in this spot ( KK would 4 bet , quads with JJ are unlikely , flush draws i block with my A of spade) So best hand that he could have is Ak , or KQ and maybe if i check back turn i can extract more money ??

I think betting checking and betting makes little difference in actual EV here on the turn but deciding between them makes a difference in your 3bet barreling ranges here. It depends if you want to barrel a lot or you are the type that gives up and wants to be able to bluffcatch rivers. Also, if your opponent always bets Kx on a blank river you don't miss value from his most likely hand to call you.
