      Hi Philip,
      I'd bet a little more on the flop - ~2$ (2/3-3/4 pot), and 5$ on the turn, for more value. On the river, I think the best option is to check behind. You won't get paid off by much, just the occasional Ax, and you'll be in a tough spot against a check/raise - huge odds, but rarely the best hand. Deepstacked, you could go for a bet/fold, but with 100bb stacks check behind is best.
      Alternatively, you could check behind on the turn to induce a river bluff.
