Definitely bet for value on flop its so wet ill bet bigger like 12-13 but when check raised ill look at his stats, if he aggressive enough to check raise a flush draw here? The check shove smells heavily of flush draws.

he has been pretty passive shown by the low aggression then ill assume he has the nuts and fold.

      Thx!
Just wanted to say, it's not a check/raise.
      Does that change anything?
      Also, I'm a little deep.
Finally, he seems to be pretty nitty in his UTG range (and pretty passive), do u think I should fold if PF he 4Bets?

Sorry for the mistake its a raise CB. Doesn't change much since he's passive and that range smacks his limp call range I'm much more inclined to fold.

Pre flop I think if he 4bets ill call. If you have like 1k hands on him and he is super passive I think you can argue that he is doing that with AA but with 100 hands on him that's just not enough to conclude how he plays his strong hands.

You call because I think you have set mine odds and you could be good sometimes with overpair when he checks on the turn after firing a bet on the flop. Against a range like JJ+ AQ+ you are doing good and in position.
