Villain is 19/15 AF 2.9 - marginally winning tight reg.

      BTN OR is 42%

      F23B is 72%

      F2CB in 3b; flop 51, turn 42

      WTS 22%

Two things I am wondering here:
-do I get him of smth like KJ here?
-does the paired R affect FE there?

The way I see it everything busts and board is not good for him to play hero there w JJ and even QQ maybe?

Nobody can tell you if he actually folds JJ, QQ, Kx there because nobody thinks exactly like your opponent and nobody knows how he views you. You represent AK+ which is very narrow if he has Kx so Kx will probably always call. You can barrel here if you think he has enough non-Kx hands and also if you are quite certain of his 4betting range. KK+, AK excluded from his range helps you a lot ofc.

Regarding your second question, I think the pairing river should be treated as a blank, same as a 3h regarding your FE.. If doesn't improve your range, doesn't improve villain's either esp vs your perceived range since you don't have K9 that now plays T kicker vs his K8 to make it relevant (in your ranges I mean).
