Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has J:heart: 9:heart:

Hero raises to 3 BB, fold, fold, fold, SB raises to 5 BB, fold, Hero calls 2 BB

      Flop: (11 BB, 2 players) 5:diamond: 4:club: 6:spade:
      SB checks, Hero checks

      Turn: (11 BB, 2 players) 3:club:
      SB checks, Hero checks

      River: (11 BB, 2 players) 4:diamond:
SB bets 11 BB, Hero raises to 25 BB, fold

Hero shows J:heart: 9:heart: (One Pair, Fours)
      Hero wins 30.8 BB

      3 hands on him.

I guess open raise is too loose. But is call ok IP?
I planned to bet river to make his AK, AQ fold, but since his line was obvious AK,AQ or similar, I min raised him and expect he can never call that with no showdown value (even that it is also obvious that I dont have anything).

      Hi Mlatasrb,

Preflop: The open raise is loose especially with MP and BB being shorter and possibly 2 other fishy guys.

Postflop: As played he doesn't rep a whole lot there because all pairs, including 4x would most likely bet flop or turn.

So your raise only has to work about 55% of the time and I like it if villain is not super fishy and bet/calls Ax there.

However we could have tried to take a stab on the turn after he checks twice.
