Preflop: Hero is SB with Q Q
2 folds, CO raises to $0.60, BTN folds, Hero raises to $2.10, BB folds, CO calls $1.50

      Flop: ($4.30) 3 2 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $2.80, CO calls $2.80

      Turn: ($9.90) 6 (2 players)
Hero bets $5.10 and is all-in, CO calls $5.10

      River: ($20.10) A (2 players, 1 is all-in)

      Results:
      $20.10 pot ($1.00 rake)
      Final Board: 3 2 9 6 A
Hero showed Q Q and lost (-$10 net)
      CO showed K A and won $19.10 ($9.10 net)

CO is LAGy over 40 hands, I think I played this hand correctly, on the Turn he can still call with worse pairs.

      Hi BigAl,

      Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: Both flop and turn look perfectly fine.

TT-JJ and some draws can call us and he shouldn't have too many draws himself (on the floP).

The only thing you can change is maybe cbet smaller on the flop (like 2.4) and then ship turn.

why is this line better, than the one as played?

Smaller bet allows villain to call a wider range (on average) so you can get some money from more hands. Either way I don't think it's a huge difference.
