Preflop: Hero is CO with 9 J
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.30, BTN calls $0.30, SB folds, BB calls $0.20

      Flop: ($0.95) 9 9 7 (3 players)
BB bets $0.91, Hero raises to $2.73, BTN folds, BB calls $1.82

      Turn: ($6.41) 9 (2 players)
      BB checks, Hero checks

      River: ($6.41) K (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $7.74 and is all-in, BB folds

      $6.41 pot ($0.32 rake)
      Final Board: 9 9 7 9 K
      Hero mucked 9 J and won $6.09 ($3.06 net)
BB mucked and lost (-$3.03 net)

BTN is TAGy is over 250 hands and BB is TAGy 1053, At the time BTN 3Bet% must of been lower because I usualy only make this steal when BTN 3Bet% is below 5.0%.

On the Flop I think I have to raise so that BTN and BB cant draw, not much to say about rest of the hand.

      Hi BigAl,

Preflop: This is definitely a light steal from the CO and I would try to avoid opening these offsuite gappers.

Postflop: I prefer a small turn bet to get value from pairs and not have to overbet the river.

And if he has a draw like AQhh he may still call with high cards.
Once he checks turn and river I doubt he can call any non Kx hand so shoving is overplaying it (and he may shove Kx himself anyway).

So I'd bet 1/3- 1/2 pot or so.
