      Hi confidant,

      Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: Why do we check the flop with backdoor flush, 2 overs and backdoor straight?

This should be a cbet as a semibluff.

As played villain can still have some slowplayed hand (but he checked flop so not so many) but since we played so passive he may think he has the best hand with KQ/JK so it's hard to find a fold. I would call and play the river.

If we bet flop, barrel turn and he raises it's a much easier fold.
